Informal Education Services

At Service Six we offer a variety of informal education services. Some are resources that are free to download and others are workshops where we can be commissioned to help impart knowledge to classes of students, groups of employees or the general public on a range of subjects. This knowledge can then empower them to make informed choices about their future actions and behaviours.

 

Self-help journals (free to download)

Service Six provides a range of self help resources and journals designed to allow users to find information out for themselves more info

 

Workshops & Group Work Programmes

Service Six have an established programme of educational workshops and group work available on commission to schools, community groups and employers

 

Information events

Service Six undertake a wide range of thematic information events within community settings to raise awareness and promote healthy, safer and happier lifestyles for all

Campaigns

Service Six initiates and contributes towards various local, regional and national campaigns

Past campaigns include:

  • Anti-Bullying Campaign launched by Esther Rantzen DBE 2008
  • Straight Allies Campaign - Northampton Borough Council LGBTQ forum 2014
